Main purpose of the job is to develop and operate financial models to support HFH Poland’s mission (60% of working time) and general finance management of HFH Poland (40% of working time).
Person specification:
Experience: 2 years in the field of finance analysis, microfinance and/or general financial management.
Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in a related field: finance or economics
Skills required:
-Strong commercial, business planning & analytical skills
- Financing (for housing) analysis abilities
- Credit and micro credit analysis abilities
- Strong Excel & MS office skills
- Fluency in English

We offer full time job with a payment of 5000 - 5500 PLN/brutto (negotiable)

CONSULTANTS IN MICROFINANCE FOR SHORT-TERM ASSIGNMENTS:
GLOBALLY
Currently, MFC is expanding its trainer and consultant base and seeking qualified consultants and trainers in the following areas of expertise for short-term assignments in the region:
- Microfinance Strategy
- Organization Development
- Risk Management
- Financial Management
- Marketing
- Credit Methodology in Microfinance
- Product Development
- Social Performance Management
- IT/MIS Systems in Microfinance
- Rural Microfinance
- Human Resources
The successful candidates should be experienced strategic thinkers with solid business judgment and analytical problem solving abilities in microfinance and small business finance, and should have the following qualifications:
- Master's degree in finance, business, economics or related field
- Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience in commercial microfinance and/or retail financial institutions
- Proven experience in the specific area of expertise
- Ability to develop curricula and to train using adult participatory learning techniques
- Established written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in an international environment and flexibility to travel
Fluency in English is required. Arabic language skills preferred.
