In Bulgaria, Poland, Romania and Ukraine MFC will facilitate setting-up regional networks equipping low-income families with additional financial skills, including: planning, budgeting, saving and smart borrowing. To achieve this, MFC and partner-institutions will establish partnership with local organizations and train their staff in financial education tools. The trainers will deliver financial education through consultations and workshops to people with low-income.
